What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship from France to the following countries: France, United Kingdom, and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
France: 3–4 business days
United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
United States: 5–6 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET will begin processing the same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Clearance items are not eligible for return. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
